• Individual Site and Building Developments include: site plans; civil engineering documents for building and site improvements for each individual tract or site; and CDT design coordination with architectural design studies and technical construction documents.

• Services During Construction include: assisting during the construction bidding period; reviewing contractors' submittal of shop drawings, product data, or samples related to site improvements; providing clarifications and answers related to the Contract Documents; and providing an opinion on whether improvements are constructed to the intent of the Construction Documents.

COMPUTER MODELING AND APPLICATIONS

CDT provides Hydrologic / Hydraulic computer modeling for water distribution models, sanitary sewer collection systems, stormwater management, and FEMA floodplain (LOMR).

• Key Staff:
  • Scott Farnham, P.E., P.L.S. - 30 yrs engineering and surveying experience in land development.  For the last 10 years, Mr. Farnham has been applying technological advances to improve civil design processes, requiring advanced knowledge of CADD/GIS design applications.

• CDT staff advanced training and design application using:

  • Microsoft Office suite and other design/graphic applications
